Brabus Kembangkan Mesin V8 Twin turbo

Belum lama ini Brabus telah meluncurkan sebuah program tuning terbaru berupa kinerja kit untuk mesin baru V8 Mercedes-Benz biturbo dari model S 500 dan CL 500 serta model S 63 dan CL 63 AMG. Para ahli mesin Brabus mengembangkan 2 kinerja kit untuk masing-masing mesin, setiap mesin akan mendapatkan lonjakan yang berbeda-beda. Selain kinerja, tuner juga menawarkan perangkat tambahan berupa komponen aerodinamis yang terbuat dari serat karbon, kaki-kaki kastem dan berbagai pilihan perangkat interior.

Untuk model S 500 dan CL 500, Brabus menawarkan Brabus B50 - 490 PowerXtra CGI performance kit yang kompetibel dengan mesin V8, penawaran dari Brabus ini sangat memungkinkan kedua model tadi bisa melaju diatas kecepatan 490 PS (360 kW / 482 bhp) dan meraih torsi 780 Nm (575 lb-ft). 

 

Ini menandakan terjadinya lonjakan dari tenaga standar yang hanya mampu mengeluarkan 435 PS (320 kW / 429 bhp) saja. Selain itu di tawarkan juga B50 - 520 PowerXtra CGI performance kit yang memungkinkan mesin untuk mengeluarkan tenaga 520 PS (382 kW / 512 bhp) dan torsi 820 Nm (604 lb-ft).

Selanjutnya, untuk model CL63 dan S63 AMG, Brabus menawarkan B63 BRABUS - 584 PowerXtra CGI kinerja kit yang mampu memberikan lonjakan daya sebesar 40 hp (39 bhp) / 29,4 kW. 

 

Selain itu ada 620 versi PowerXtra CGI dengan kemampuan memberikan lonjakan tenaga sebesar 620 PS (455 kW / 610 bhp) dan torsi 1,000 Nm (737 lb-ft),dengan mesin ini memungkinkan kendaraan melaju dari mulai 0 hingga 100 km / jam (62 mph) hanya dalam hitungan waktu 4,3 detik dan top speed 320 km / h (200 mph).
